Model Based Development

Automotive software is increasing with the diversification of powertrains to comply with worldwide environmental regulations, the adoption of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), compatibility with autopilot features, and more. Demand for the MBSE development method has risen in conjunction with Model Based Development (MBD) and its use of simulations in development and testing.

Vehicle Dynamics

The quality of vehicle dynamics simulation is largely dependent on the vehicle model. In order to correctly and efficiently simulate vehicle dynamics, a particularly precise and high-performing model is needed.  Virtual test driving tools are used in cooperation with test driving experts to make it possible to perform the same maneuvers in the virtual and the real world. By using virtual test driving to support real-world test driving, you can manage the effort involved in the validation and testing of chassis and vehicle dynamics control systems.

Powertrain

The simulation solutions and test systems allow you to develop and test powertrain systems in accordance with your individual requirements whether the vehicle powertrain configuration is conventional, hybrid or battery electric. A real-time capable model environment makes it possible to work continuously under real-world conditions by including vehicle, route, driver and traffic in the development process.
